Re: SUSPICIOUS PACKAGE ... How many of these have you seen on the News, and how many times was it...
The real suspicious packages go unnoticed because they are typically directed against a target of some sort and are placed and concealed in a manner to cause as much damage as possible. Some random box on the street? What is the intended target? Of course it's probably nothing. But it might be somet...

Re: Who You'd Rather Have As A QB..Joe Montana or Peyton Man
How the fuck is this even an issue?
Montana put up those numbers up and won 4 rings back when DBs were still allowed to mug WRs.
Calvin Johnson broke Jerry Rice's record this year too. Does anyone actually think that he's a better WR than Rice?

Re: Tim Tebow's run in Denver
His religious belief has drawn so much attention, that the general public and other NFL players are hoping that he fails. While I concede that this is the source for a large portion of the animus directed towards Tebow, religious beliefs such as his are not unique among NFL football players. True, ...

Re: Tim Tebow's run in Denver
The guy he lost to, Derek Anderson, is the qb on the practice squad for the Panthers. Actually, Anderson is the #2. Jimmy Clausen is the practice squad qb. My bad. Still if you lose to a guy who can't even get himself a starting gig, you're done. That being said, I'd rather have Derek Anderson star...

Re: Tim Tebow's run in Denver
Quinn's done in the NFL.
He couldn't get the starting gig in Cleveland. The guy he lost to, Derek Anderson, is the qb on the practice squad for the Panthers.

Re: Tim Tebow's run in Denver
Tebow has an unconventional skill set that made him a dominate college player and that it's not being taken advantage of the way that Cam Newton's skills are in Carolina. Granted, Newton is deadly accurate whereas Tebow isn't but Newton having great skill players around him help a lot too. I think ...

Re: NFL 2011 Thread
Eagles and Pats in the big show. Nah. Eagles have no LBs. They're still vulnerable to TEs and the short passing game. Vick'll get hurt, Young will come in and that'll be that. The Pats still have line issues and are injury prone as well which is not good since the AFC East is getting much more phys...

Re: NFL 2011 Thread
Seattle backed out of the Kolb race to get... um....Tavaris Jackson? If they were looking to win the Andrew Luck sweepstakes then the 49ers out did them! Seattle's offensive coordinator was with the Vikings when they scouted and drafted Jackson. For whatever he reason he still thinks that Jackson c...
