Jason Takes Manhattan - 2/10 - could have really had a chance at being awesome. Wasn't.
Jason Goes to Hell - 1/10 - gets a one only for the first 15min. Rest was pure rubbish.

Omega Man - starring Charlton Heston. One of those movies I'd heard of but didn't really have an interest in renting. Turned out to be a pretty cool flick, given its age. North Dallas Forty - there's not enough stars I can give this one. Nick Nolte's best performance maybe. And I was totally unfamiliar with Mac Davis, but this makes me want to check out more. Even as old as it is, it's still very funny. And to American football fans, I'd reckon relevant.

Prefontaine - if you like running and/ or watching Jared Leto in motion more than looking at Laura Prepon, then this is the movie for you. 6/10

The Doors - totally pretentious piece of shite flick. But I liked it. 7/10

Scanners 8/10. The head blowing up scene is worth a 10/10 on its own boyos

Angel Heart - an example of a noir-ish film that has aged well and not only because of the lovely Huxtable poontang. Well written, suspenseful enough to stay interesting. Excellent devil portrayed by DeNiro and Mickeys original face. Voodoo, gore and chickens. All around excellent. 9/10

I've also watched La chute de la maison Usher a.k.a. The Fall of the House of Usher the other day, I just remembered. Definitely like that one better than Corman's House of Usher with Vincent Price. Isn't there even a new remake of that? I don't know about that, but have you heard they're remaking ...
