Re: Ultimate Sin is a brilliant album
It's a great album, but it was definitely different, being a bit more "glammy" in overall sound. And Sharon's a c*nt for deleting it from the library and refusing to give Phil his cut.

Yep, sure do. He has plenty of great solo tunes beginning with "Trans Am (Highway Wonderland)" and going forward from there.

Re: Realistically, how much longer does GN'R have? OR ANY OF THESE BANDS??
I've literally pondered this recently, though with the much more distant future in mind. What will rock n' roll/hard rock/heavy metal sound like a century from now? Two centuries from now? A whole millennium or more? Will these genres even exist? How many more generations does our favorite music hav...

They've got the Ozzbot dialed in. May as well ride the wave until it short circuits... Pretty much. I'd listen just for the heck of it, but I get the feeling that wave is going to short circuit sooner rather than later, and until then Sharon's just trying to milk as much moolah out of him as she can.

Not saying it couldnt have been Half, but Half in his book was always the love-sick little school girl, pining away after aloof men's men. He might have been the Metal God™ on stage, but he seemed like the girly one in the relationship. The songs on Rob Halford's Autobiographical rock opera masterp...

he couldnt hear the snare... lol at this point he should just hire a singer. Hés known as the "guitarist" for Kiss not the singer anyway... let him do NY Groove and a few more and have the singer do the heavy lifting. Make for a more bearable show for all. Is he still good to do "Roc...

Regardless of what allegedly happened between Rob and Jani, my answer to Chip’s question is yes. Priest could be populated entirely by tranny midget Rocky Dennis lookalikes and I’d still crank “Breaking the Law”, “Victim of Changes”, “You Got Another Thing Coming”, “Turbo Lover”, “Painkiller”, “Exci...

Not bad, but my favorite instance of a thrash band covering Sir Elton is Flotsam & Jetsam's cover of "Saturday Night's Alright For Fighting":

The others members turn a blind eye because without Jack, nobody knows who the heck they are and plus they can’t boast to people about “being a member of Great White.” And a reunion with Mark and any other OG Great White members is out of the question since none of them want to deal with his alcoho...
