Re: The time Eric Singer got heckled with Alice Cooper

That was the first tour I saw Cooper in Chicago and I bought the DVD hoping to relive it but the UK audience was practically comatose and killed a lot of the energy. One of the best shows I've ever been to.

Fucking horrible. https://youtu.be/b1Il_BMoP6M?si=lbYJjnzEbcy_Hrt2 That’s what a man in his 70’s singing heavy metal sounds like. I don’t find it all that bad, and friends there said it was great. Yeah. Not great, for sure, but not bad by any means. Some off key moments at the beginning and then na...

Never. Not my thing and never understood paying to see a show to not really watch the show. This. I used to mosh at school dances though and they stopped playing stuff like Green Day because of it. I was at a state event for school and there was a dance to finish the weekend. Me and 2 or maybe 3 ot...

Read an interview with Ripper about this episode and he said there was no tension at all. That bar guy was nice as could be the entire time he was there and once they started rolling he'd yell. They shut off the cameras and be like, "This is going really good guys!" Fake ass show but yeah,...

Probably his best album. Others got a little too funky or soulful. This was a great mix of blues/hard rock, of course with some funk and soul.

Really angry album. I love it.

He plays a ballad and starts by shouting "what the fuck's the matter with you?"

Anyway, without a doubt, the worst song off of the first 3, maybe 4 albums. Wait, no...Shot in the Dark was on the 4th, so So Tired was only the worst song off of the first 3.

Re: What’s Glenn Hughes’ best solo album ?

He has many great albums and it really depends what you're looking for. If you're more into AOR / 80s melodic hard rock, From Now On is your best option. Addiction is also an amazing album. It has some subtle grunge / alt rock influences and in that sense it's unique in the Glenn Hughes discography...

I hated Detroit Stories so hoped this would be a change. But these songs don't seem any better and maybe a little worse. I don't think anything could be worse than Detroit Stories. Road will definitely be the winner in my eyes compared to that. Thankfully Paranormal was excellent but before that Dr...

Re: Alice Cooper Welcome To The Show

Song's not bad. It is kind of lame that Alice set the parameters that there be no overdubs or whatever so the songs are relegated to whatever they can jam out as opposed to thoughtful more complex songs.

Right after the vegas shooting, one of Aldean's stagehands blamed the shooting on vegas being a sanctuary city. I never followed up on the whole thing. Who ended up doing the shooting? Was it an immigrant gang of some type? Definitely not a white dude from the midwest. https://youtu.be/MuW3kIrQJ1I?t...

I was always sort of surprised they played that song live. It seriously felt like it was thrown together and they were going through the motions. That's partially why I had no hope for 13 (along with the fact that ozzy had sucked for almost 20 years at that point). I'm still bewildered that 13 was p...
