Change the tubes and speakers in the Blackstar and you'll love it! Yeah, I'm on the look-out for an appropriate 2x12, but quality second hand gear is rare as hen's teeth here... Will no doubt investigate a tube change in the future too, although I'm getting some pretty decent sounds out of it as is...

I just picked up one of those little Blackstar 5 watt combos... There's something vaguely ridiculous about a 'stack' of to 10 inch speakers, but it's fun, and I seem to be getting some decent sounds out of it so far...
