These reaction videos are really popular, right now. Black people watching metal videos is really entertaining to people, for some reason.

I like it too, as I said in the other Foos thread. Not sure why people are shitting on it. For a band that's as reliably generic as Foo Fighters, it shows a bit of progression and change. Diggin' it.

Re: Movie snack prices-Holy Fuck!

I like going to the theater to see a movie. The theater I go to is the type with recliner seats and IMAX screen. I usually go around midday on a Wednesday or Thursday and there's hardly anyone else there. No one's talking, very few children, and it's usually just me and a few others.

Re: How long before the Greta Van Fleet singer blows his voice?

The plant mannerisms and vocal style comparisons are obvious. However, they are all 18-20 years old, and have lots of original material that doesn't sound like Zeppelin. If it's too close or seems contrived, I get it. But I saw them live last night, and the band is ridiculously good. Hope they cont...

Not entirely, but the singer doesn't just incidentally sound like Plant, he blatantly rips him off. Like, he tailored his voice to sound exactly like someone else's. Shit drives me nuts.

As much as we see Pennywise, I think Skarsgard was a little underused. The Georgie scene was masterfully done, super tense. I was on board with Pennywise the second his eyes got all wonky. There's still some decent scares after that, and some genuinely spooky moments, but I would've liked to have s...

I wondered going in if this version of Pennywise would ruin Curry's performance. It definitely doesn't, for me. In this version, they were able to do and show so much more than they could ever dream of in the late 80's. Because they really couldn't overdo Curry's part, it still stands out as creepy...

I'll never understand people who go out of their way to sound exactly like someone else. I understand being influenced by someone, but ripping them off entirely (not that Plant himself was ever against that), makes no sense to me. The GVF singer is a total rip off, and if he's the one writing the ly...
