Re: Rate the last movie you saw
Bram Stoker's Dracula (Francis Ford Coppola). I give it a solid "A". Glad I finally saw it. The narrative is a mess, but... the photography and the tone are both completely unique. It really does feel like another time and place. I can watch this one over and over. The definitive version ...

Re: Rate the last movie you saw
Spectre 6.5/10. Watchable of course, but certainly not a great Bond flick. Parts were real fun, parts were incredibly dumb. Waltz was underused horribly. I agree. They turned Waltz, who is a phenomenal actor, into a generic, overly-pontificating villain doing the old elaborate but easily escaped to...

Re: Rate the last movie you saw
Spectre . 5/10. I am a huge Bond fan, and love Craig in the role. He was great. The movie wasn't. I still enjoyed it, because I'm mentally 12, but I have a feeling this film is why Craig is suddenly over being James Bond. I was excited when they announced Waltz as the villain, because he's a fantas...

That was incredible. My God. To have talent like that and to not share it would be a sin. This thread should be bumped weekly just to turn people on to that clip. Amazing.SoulsOfBlack wrote:I think some of her singing is pretty good.

The Chargers played one of the worst games I've ever seen them play, today. When a play didn't work, it was like they had to try it again 5 times, just to make sure. Fucking disgraceful.

A good friend of mine is in fairly well-known tributes for GnR, Motley Crue, and has been in tributes for Metallica and Dream Theater. I've been out partying with those guys a few times, and believe me, they have no problem getting women. A lot of women. Kinda makes me rethink my stance on not playi...

To me, the classic Gretsch f-hole looks like this:
I'll also mention that I don't like guitars with 3 humbuckers, either. Most of the new center block models have the 3.

Re: El Toro's Official Guitarded Thread...
I love the Rivieras, too. But I'm a Gretsch man. I played one of the new centerblock Gretsch models, and although I hate the way they've re-shaped the f-holes, it played very well and sounded great. The centerblock allowed some pretty heavy distortion and I played it really loudly without any feedba...

So... Was checking out some hollow & semi-hollow body guitars over the weekend. I liked the Gibson ES-335, but I liked the Gretsch G6120 a bit better. Anyone have opinions on some they like or would suggest? I would take the 6120 over the 335 any day. But there are a couple of things to conside...

The worst was when I was forced to go to rehab from sucking his cock. Each sweet spurt of his brogurt that I took into my mouth had about 20cc of heroin in it.
Now his ashes are worth about $300 a gram.

I don't know how much of a shame it is. The fact that he died, and was semi-rotten when he was found makes me laugh a little. You know, very few people knew Layne like I did. Very few knew his secret. I, alone, knew his other side. I find it offensive that you would make such a vile joke about Layn...
