Profondo Rosso (Deep Red/The Hatchet Murders) - is this the film that made Argento the name in giallo? Maybe. Released in 1975. Brutal kills, vibrant blood and kooky camera angles. With yet another badass score by Goblin. 8.2/10

Digging Up the Marrow - may be as overrated as Babadook for the past calendar years best horror. I've enjoyed Adam Green's Hatchet movies, and although he doesn't prove to be quite as big of a douche as a Tarratino or an Eli Roth in front of the camera as compared to as behind, this docu/found foota...

Beyond the Darkness (Buoi Omega) - Joe D'Amato is capable of making some awful movies, but this isn't one of them. Necrophilia, fingernails being ripped out and blood as red as barn paint. All covered under the musically smooth, soothing and sensual backdrop of a Goblin score. 5.5/10 I love that Go...

Captain American - Winter Solider - great fun superhero movie. 9 out of 10. Easily better than the first Captain America. Thor - The Dark World - decent sequel. 7 out of 10. Probably on par with the first Thor. Both Thor films seem to drag in places. Roadhouse - 10. Never tire of this film. Roadhou...

Sette Note in Nero (The Psychic) - a very non bloody Fulci movie. Not a slasher film by any means, more of a suspenseful thriller. I didn't know that going into it so I was caught off guard, but not in a bad way way. This is amost like a Fulci version of an Agatha Christie story played out on film, ...

Lo strano vizio della signora Wardh (aka The Strange Vice of Mrs. Wardh) - early 70's Sergio Martino film starring the always jack-off able giallo queen, Edwidge Feneche. Pretty much has everything you need in Italian horror if you can find it. Great end scene. 7/10

Green Street Hooligans was slightly less entertaining, only cause Bilbo Baggins is completely less believably of a soccer BA as Vinnie Jones. Not that Green Street was a shitty movie. Just slightly less believable.

9/10. Only because of the bad coaching that was obviously written by someone that didn't understand the game.
