Most of it is pathetic and ridiculous, therefore you are right, it is not funny.

What's not funny, is when a 65-70 or 80 year old lady, or veteran is homeless, with no family left to help... that sucks.

But... when it's a meth-head, junkie or addict (which the larger percentage is) it's pathetic.
