Ozzy isn’t A-list, since 2002 he’s just there for people to laugh at. And before that he wasn’t A-list either.

I think the changes in the music industry have changed what is A-List overall these days. Bands that can fill a stadium may still not be A in the eyes of the world.
So, does A-List apply to specific geographies, or is it only worldwide?

It's funny. I saw some clips of him being interviewed before the Grammy's and it was awkward at best. He's not a "rock star" in that regards...but come on people... how many artists can play Madison Square Garden pretty much every month year after year like he has done? And then he goes overseas and plays places like the Rome Colosseum.
