Queensryche on Operation: Mindcrime: "The system has failed"
Queensryche on Empire: "We should give more money to the police"
Fuck them, they suck, and every "statistic" they quote at the end of Empire is factually incorrect for the time period. Geoff Tate is a shit for brains.

Their best album and one of my favorite albums of all time, but it is not an easy album to get into. Initially I found it disappointing but it grew on me a lot.Ziggy Sawdust wrote: ↑Fri Oct 27, 2023 11:20 amRage For Order?DonJuanDeMarco wrote: ↑Fri Oct 27, 2023 8:47 am Mindcrime and Empire are enough for me. As much as I like those 2 albums I just can't get into anything else that I've heard from the band.
The straightforward metal of The Warning is more accessible for casual fans.

Exactly why I don’t like Toddryche, plus the two least important members are now running the band.

I’ll concur. Used to play that one in a cover band and it was fun as hell even though the crowd was like, “WTF?”

And I could live with never hearing it again.
