We need to start scouting out those unique kids...in schools from elementary that born with a gift of a promising future...of course they are like needles in a hay stack...weather they are math genius...scientific creative....etc..and start shaping them...instead of just putting them through the same old meat grinder...things need to change as fast technology...it just that simple
