As soon as the newscasters really start vamping, it's time for the police to wrap it up. When they start playing "highlight reels" from earlier, it's jumped the shark.

LA area high speed chase yesterday ended up looking like a NASCAR crash ... roll over included and the video is RIGHT at ground level...

The first clip is street level... also a few others... 5 Mexican guys piled up, 3 were injured, and 3 of them were also underage. Nuts

The cops should've let that dog loose & have a party on one of those clowns.
Maybe 2 months ago I was walking my dogs on a pee walk around 10pm.
While walking we notice a cop car and cops that had a guy that was bothering a neighbor. The cops were trying
to get this guy to do what they were asking him to do (hands on back of head, walk towards them backwards etc etc).
They guy wouldn't do it. My dog is a pocket pittie. Very muscular dog & is no joke. She is also very protective. We were standing
maybe 20 feet away & my dog was acting like the dog in video. I asked the cops if they want me to let her go. They just laughed.
Eventually the idiot did what they asked him to do.

WOW...

The guy is doing 80-90 on surface streets in the valley... super crazy... nuts!

High Speed Chase in NoHo and the Valley, the guy was easily in excess of 150 MPH in a Dodge Challenger.

I watched a few snippets of this, and it looks like they lost him....

The helicopter narrator said they could only go 130MPH and were getting owned by the guy...

Some of the footage is beyond nuts... weaving between cars and lanes at ridiculous speeds.

Dude was flyyyying on the freeway. Bailed out and almost got hit by the patrol car (wish he did.) Short foot pursuit through some brush and they nabbed him. Good entertainment for 10 min.

I guess now they stream chases when it's not an actual news hour.

Google High Speed chase Los Angeles... there has been multiple chases today... but the one going on right now... is next level.

In short... a guy is in his 3rd car-jacked car... 2 of them, happened on LIVE TV in the last 10 minutes...
