Exactly. If this is devastating Donnie and her so much (see: despairing emails to Stevie crying "whyyyy are you dooooing this to meeee????"), you'd think it'd be really easy to just, you know, make yourself look pretty and snap away. This misunderstanding could have been solved pages ago, but it seems like they're taking the passive aggressive victim approach. Much to my delight.
