That's very strange. The Fitzgeralds people are old pros at presenting quality music....dating back to acts like Stevie Ray Vaughan. I did several gigs with bands at their Houston location. I can't even fathom how ROXX could get a gig with them, unless they rented out the room to an outside "promoter."

I wonder if he carries that guitar literally everywhere: to the DMV, when grocery shopping, etc. You can't be an artist without suffering for your art though. Or at least inconveniencing yourself and others.
