that was a very weird moment, almost like they were recording a live album or something. very weird feeling in the audience too

The weird feeling was us wondering what the fuck his problem was.

That was really sad. His voice isn't so bad till he screams, but man does it go south in a hurry. I made it a couple min into the clip.
He really doesn't get that no one thinks he's a rock star anymore, does he.

As long as he doesn't stop doing rock n' roll things like the mic lasso during every song with a double bass kick to it...

Jesus, that was terrible.

I don't care about him stopping the show I just want him to learn how to sing again. That was really bad. Solinger is so much better sounding live.

It's nice to see Sebitchtian finally put some distance between his solo career and Skid Row.

People are no longer enthused or impressed with Mr. Bach as they were in the hey day. And he feels this. Look at his face. He's not too happy. Oh well. He's still in the battle with his former band (by himself, they could give a fuck) and I find it so odd that he bashes the guys and moans about everything they do or say. Add to that, the "I don't want to replay my 20s" or live off of the old stuff, yet plays more SR tunes than solo stuff. And when the crowd doesn't go nuts - he has a partial "Don't you know who I am or what song this is?" meltdown.

On the other hand, thousands go to Steel Panther and they have a way of making everyone happy, have fun, act silly and not take themselves too seriously. Even though they are seriously kicking ass holes around the planet. I just returned from Europe where they are MUCH bigger than in the US. I must have heard SP on the radio no less than 50-75 times in a few weeks. Not internet radio either. ALL radio. Everywhere. Every club, every music station too. Not just metal, but the same ones that were playing classic Bryan Adams, Aerosmith and Def Leppard. SP are doing huge business and I am stoked. Glory Hole is epic.

the new record is so forgettable and generic. everything is 'big opening riff / energy destroying chorus'.

i just looked at setlists... same shit as always. same opening, same closers...same album track choices. judging from the clip, same stage raps. the weird 'high register' bit he's done since K&S doesnt sound good either...it sounds like he's faking the screams (if that makes sense). i miss that old snarl his vocals had, that attitude. now we get an overdose of vibrato.

it's all just tired... and that's coming from a massive fan.

I was never a Skid Row fan, but think Bach is sorta cool ... sorta ... he's just so rock 'n' roll!

The new record is fairly enjoyable - "Hell Inside My Head" kills!

"This is the FIRST song from the FIRST side of the FIRST album that other FOUR guys wrote and hold writing credits to.. DON'T YOU KNOW IT??

MY name is in the credits for ONE song on that FIRST album for the "OHHHH YEAHHHH!" at the beginning of "Makin' A Mess!"

WHY AREN'T YOU MOTHER TRUCKERS ACTING IMPRESSED??"

Probably even more redundant than his "STOP THE SHOW!" bit was instead of just starting the song after his bitchfest, he re-does the whole drum beat lame "WHOA WHOA YEAH!" thing AGAIN...

He turned a lot of people off at M3. The whole vibe of the festival is very happy, then this asshole comes on, acts like he's a baby having a tantrum, yells at the audience, screams through his songs, and then leave in a huff, mad that the audience didn't fall to their knees to worship him. Cunt.

Yep, he was acting like that the whole show. You could tell he wasn't happy that the audience wasn't screaming for everything he did. I'm a fan but his live act is getting tired. He's stopped the show at least once every time I've seen him. Once, it was three times during one song.

I also love when he was talking about the interview he did before the M3 show. He was asked about touring now vs touring in the 80's. He said said we sold out Merriweather in 1989 and we sold it out in 2014.... Difference is, they were probably selling out places like that every show back then. Now, he doesn't even sell out the small clubs he plays.

What a tool! Sollenger sounds way better than Baz and no where near the headache. What's the deal with the hand shaking every time he goes for a high note? Like he's a maestro or something. And pulling up his pants every time he moves. Buy a belt!
