The original is basically making fun of the rebel. Country fans manufacture their whole personalities around it. "Ew" is right.

I don't get it. Is this what it's come to? We just take the music from a classic song and write our own lyrics to it and release it as if the original never happened? It's not like it's a Weird Al parody, he's trying to pass this off as his own song. I blame Kid Rock for this....

Humans are copycats anyway. That's why all the kids in school used to want clothes from the mall.....so they could look like the other kids.
