Kevin Martin can still absolutely kill it, definitively at the 53 second mark of this song . His range is ridiculous. No doubt he’s sang the song 1 million times but the Popularity and lyrics of the song resonate with tons of people.

Awesome! Kevin is a great dude.. Have had the chance to photograph them numerous times over the years. Always a blast.. Sadly i missed them on this run. Hope they return next year and make it a never-ending tour like everyone else does

This and his enthusiasm is infectious. You can tell that dude loves his job even if he’s retiring soon.

I caught them in a small club while they were touring for Happy Pills back in 98. Still one of my favorite shows. I actually went for Brother Cane but ended up buying Candlebox merch after the show.

If I can diverge from the love-fest…
Good songs and performance, but the clip shows why the demand for 90’s bands on the nostalgia circuit is virtually non-existent, while 70’s and 80’s bands have been filling amphitheaters forever. There’s just nothing to see with these bands… 4 schmos in jeans and t-shirts playing semi-memorable songs.
