I believe it's Jack Holder who played guitar and keyboards during that era singing. Had the album back in the day and I think he was the only other band member who was credited with vocals outside of Dandy. There's a verse in another song on the album that's sung by the same person.
Jack went on to play in Jimi Jamison's pre-Survivor band Cobra. He's the one in the blue shirt.
