Stupid poll, I know, but I'm drunk.
Steve's death was a curveball, I would have expected another drummer to pass away before him, wouldn't you?
Who did you expect to die before him?
POLL: Which drummer did you expect to die before Steve Riley?

Kottak because he's a raging drunk and a MAGA asshat. I'm surprised Covid hasn't taken him out yet.

It seemed like in the 90's, Steven Adler was as good as dead. Him and Layne Staley, it was only a matter of time.
He must've been putting maca root in his crack and heroin. That dude was an Addict with a capital A.
One of the only funny things Eddie Trunk has ever said was "Every time I run into Steven Adler, he's two months sober." (I think he's on a roll now, good for him.)

Any of those other guys would have been solid choices.
Re: POLL: Which drummer did you expect to die before Steve Riley?
You guys have been saying that Riley looked dead for years.

So he’s made it to two months and a week?Chip Z'Hoy wrote: ↑Fri Oct 27, 2023 5:14 pm It seemed like in the 90's, Steven Adler was as good as dead. Him and Layne Staley, it was only a matter of time.

It's bizarre that all four original KISS members are still alive and Eric Carr's been dead for more than 30 years.

Never had a bad experience with him or with his son in the later years, the guy was the definition of a lifer who understood how to keep things moving. It’s a shame he had to deal with two nightmare humans but at the end of the day he’s the drummer and just wanted to play/tour. I could always tell he cut his teeth in a different generation.
