Why don’t we talk enough about Giant here?

Maybe because they’re largely considered a “pussy” keyboard AOR band? Those singles from the first album are very good though. “I’ll See You in My Dreams” is a dang good underrated ballad for sure! “Innocent Days” and “I’m a Believer” rock as well!

One of those bands that seems to get praise on these boards, but I just can't get into them? IMO, they seem more like a studio project than a "band". Competent hard rock, but lacking that "something something"........

Never heard of them BitD and from what I saw on YT, they didn't look good... kiss of death.

Yes, it's only for huge AOR fans, like this song with Terry Brock on vocals:

Love the debut. Some killer guitar playing on there and Dann sings his ass off.

I think Time To Burn is better than the debut. "Chained" is a great acoustic-to-electric tune.

Huff is a monster player and very underrated. He kinda gets crap for neutering Megadeth, but I don't mind those albums too much.

The first three are the best. Probably Time to Burn being the best of the three. Not to mention Dann made/makes a hell of a living producing/collaborating in Nashville and is a very underrated guitarist.

Great band. A little on the fluff side but can’t deny that Dann Huff is a badass vocally and on guitar.
