And the latest random 80's throwback to get an Epcot gig is...Sheila E.!

The one that started it all. Spreading gossip and insults since 1998.

And the latest random 80's throwback to get an Epcot gig is...Sheila E.!

Last year or so it was Taylor Dayne. This year it's Prince's own protege, Shelia E., doing the WDW/Epcot thing like Night Ranger, Mickey Thomas' Starship lineup, and others, singing "The Glamorous Life", "A Love Bizarre", etc. for drunk partying Food and Wine Festival goers and and people squeezing in a show after riding the Norway Pavilion's Frozen-themed ride. Wonder how much she got paid for that gig? Did anyone here enjoy listening to her back in the day?

I do too... but can't imagine her being able to do a 45 - 1 hr set.

Was walking through Epcot in September and suddenly Ray Parker Jr. happened. Had no idea they did shows like that there.

FWIW: I fucking love Sheila E. Gonna go see her next weekend.

Sheila E. does her last show today Nov. 6 but if you meant next Monday you can see 38 Special on Nov. 13.

Are you sure this isn't the Epcot Nursing Home?

Ha! It very well could be! Someone needs to post that gif of the Night Ranger guitarist running down the aisle and making that goofy face!
