The funny thing is that Gene is usually the most fan friendly Kiss member (maybe except Kulick).
And still is - check the video of him walking around in full Demon regalia signing stuff and talking to fans someone posted recently.
But this is just not how he likes to meet the fans.
Compare this to how Gene designed the Vault experience - that was exactly how he wanted it.
Fans paid a lot of money there too, but they got to meet a Gene who was having fun and interacted with them, answered questions, played obscure songs like Stanley the Parrot etc.

This experience is probably designed around how Paul wants to meet fans, he doesn't mind signing and posing for pics but that's about it.

All their merch and posters have been Spinal Tap for decades. That guy Spiro who used to play Gene and worked with them for years does the design work. It’s absolute amateur shit. Plaster flames everywhere, then plaster a few more in. And then some more flames on the side.
