I recall back in the day the vet in Philadelphia had a jail for rowdy Eagles fans to be detained in after things got too far out of control that day. Was reading a thread earlier about the 2006 Family Values Tour having something similar in play.
Have you been to concerts or specific venues where a band or group had a jail on the premise for out of control fans?
