I am not one to defend Nikki Sixx however these pathetic “metal” pages that pretend to support the scene post old rehash gossip. Oh Nikki isn’t the real Nikki. Matthew Trippe was….. I was friends with Sixx when all that stuff broke & I have never heard a bigger bunch of bullshit. You believe this? As far as Nikki writing the music. I remember him writing some of the songs. As far as not playing on the albums. I was in the studio in Vancouver when Mötley Crüe recorded parts of Dr Feel Good. I saw Vince Neil do vocals & Nikki do bass.
I have no idea what they have been doing on stage in the past decade but as far as 88-90 it was pretty legit & all these sites want is you to comment and follow. They don’t care about metal. If they did they would post things about how great singers like Halford & Dickinson still sound great
