Not sure how it all works... but most of these arenas are set up, where they curtain off 1/4, 1/3 or 1/2 the arena.

My guess is they've already set out to do that... Wikipedia says it's 18K + full size.

I am assuming out of the gate, they're looking at half or less capacity... if they do 4-5k... with the stage set up in the middle... it would be about 50%.

Hard to say... unless there is some massive KLOS and related stations, getting involved, and a few thousand comps in the works as well.
