He supposedly has had long covid foe the last 2 years or so, theyve been doing shows with fill in guitars. My theory is that that story is bs, and the real story is that he has beef that perry brought back Eric avery again. The timing of dave announcing he has long term covid and avery was like the same week. Or i could be totally wrong
- the main fill ins were troy from qotsa and josh klinghoffer ex peppers/current pearl jam. I skipped it cause ive seen janes a million times and cousnt justify seeing them without dave. From the videos i saw troy struggled to replicate daves sound, josh on the other hand sounded great
