Rev- It may come as a complete shock to your system that I really don't hang on your every word. I always find it interesting that whenever you see someone stridently insisting that their tormentors are jealous, bitter, or otherwise emotionally invested in the exchange, it is pretty clear that they are projecting how consumed they are by it.

I don't care if you are fuming or if you honestly believe you are toying with everyone. In fact, I am not sure which would be funnier. But, as for Jack's guilt... He was just as guilty that night as every other band before him that played there and used pyro, which was a LOT of bands both local and national. Neither of us was in charge of securing permits, etc. We just played our sets and let the guy in charge of that stuff handle it.

I know this is hard to grasp for y'all, but guess what? The Rock, of wrestling fame... He doesn't handle his own pyro either. Imagine that? He doesn't set it off. He doesn't worry about permits. He just walks out and knows to expect it. Hopefully nothing goes wrong and if it does, hopefully everyone in charge of that shit has their ducks in a row. If not, you would have what we got at the Station.

That's what happened here and you fools are no smarter than the judge who deemed Jack innocent.

Yeah- you and Jack are guilty. You both would make great cell mates for just stupidity alone, if nothing else. Guilty of being as dumb as the day is long. You are seriously comparing The Rock with your kareoke band or Great White? It would be easy to assume that the Rock as more than one Pyro Tech than, just one over worked tour manger/ roadie/ pyro guy and uses them in a much more logical setting. A company hires a guy and the guy fucks up- the Comapny / CEO is to blame as well. They didn't say Jack was inoccent. They didn't have anything solid to charge him with. Get it right. I don't have much faith in the System in RI after seeing what the judge gave the brothers it's not surprising there wasn't more of an effort to send his add to jail. Jack was cheap and cut corners, just like the brothers. They got close to nothing- Jack got a face lift. Justice served.

Oh and you had to come here with your personal montage and ask people here what you should do? For someone so schooled too bad you can't think for yourself, let alone show an once of common sense.
