That was pretty dire.

Flair & AJ were fine at the beginning and the last match was good (although now seen 3 times in 2 weeks). The rest was pretty painful... especially the mock screwjob ending.

Putting over the Nasty Boys in 2010? Why? It's not like putting Beer Money or Motor City Machine Guns on TV makes the TNA fans happy.

Putting Orlando Jordon over anyone? Notably someone getting over well like DiNero? Why? Are they going to set up a "loser gets a Don King hairdo" match? That guy is nothing but average.

I understand ditching the 6-sided ring but they could have at least made an angle out of it. When a wrestler is going bald and wants to shave their head, you do a hair vs hair match or some kind of angle. I would have marked out if they had Hogan's retarded son crash a car into the 6-sided ring and destroyed it!

The only real creative thing I saw was censoring the fans saying "Thank You Kurt" after he spat on Hogan and try to make it appear they were saying "Fuck You Kurt!"

I thought last night's show was pretty good.

The Good:

Hogan/Angle Montreal Screwjob Version 20 - Ok, seen it before, but still interested to see where its headed.

Foley/Bischoff - also interested where this is headed

The Band - want to see how Nash is gonna fix this

AJ/Flair - these 2 together could be magic

Angelina Love/Beautiful People - interesting

Bobby Lashley - what's gonna happen next week?

What happens when the shine of "who is TNA gonna bring in next?" wears off and you are left with awful segments designed to make Hogan and his pals have one more run in front of cameras. There was TWELVE minutes of wrestling on Impact this week. TWELVE minutes in a 120 minute time frame.

Impact had actually gotten a lot better over the last year. Everyone had found their groove, and with the exception of Foley and the MEM taking up WAAAAAY too much air time, the young guys and the homegrown talent were getting a chance to shine.

Now, the entire roster is getting turned over, nobody knows their place, and the guy running it all, at the end of the day, walks away with a sweet check and a shrug of his shoulders if the whole thing blows up.

I have no idea where one would find this info anyway since TNA are not a public company like WWE. Also, they may have lost money in the past but now they do well overseas on their tours and they have strong ratings there as well. So,while in the past TNA lost money, they may actually be turning a profit now. For all I know this Bob Carter guy is a billionaire and he writes off TNA's losses.Maybe TNA is just a drop in the bucket to him?

Either way the point stands that people have been predicting the demise of TNA for years and yet they are still here. I hope they go live on Monday nights from 8-10.It would be nice to have something else to watch. Even when NITRO sucked ass,it was cool to have another wrestling show to be able to watch.

They call me the next one to cross over, the next Hollywood star," smirked 'WWE Monday Night RAW' superstar Santino Marella while disclosing for the first time plans for the 'Santino Morella Sitcom' at last night's 'Monday Night RAW' event in Columbus, Ohio.

The Canadian-born, Italian-American has already turned himself into the comedic foil of professional wrestling with his over-the-top accent, fake unibrow and proclivity to dress in drag in order to wrestle as Santina Marella, the "sister" of Santino. (The National Italian American Foundation should look into being offended by him after they recover from this season of 'Jersey Shore'.)

Now, apparently, he's getting his own sitcom. In it, Morello said that WWE stars Beth Phoenix and Vladimir Kozlov will portray his girlfriend and best friend, respectively.

When pressed further for details about whether it will be a reality show format or traditional multi-camera sitcom, Morello said, "I think we're going to use one or two cameras. It will kind of be like a 'Seinfeld,' but with me. You know, it will only be a reality show if you consider wrestling reality." (No, that's not confusing at all.)

"In two weeks, we're filming the first three episodes," he added. "It will air at first on the dot com, then after that we will get it to a network television."

USA Networks would seem the most likely place to pitch his sitcom, as its been the home of 'WWE Monday Night RAW' for many years.

Chris McCumber, Executive Vice President at the networks, said the company is not actively looking for sitcoms, but they would consider one if it meets their "Characters Welcome" brand. When asked about Morello's sitcom, he expressed interest and said, "I'm not aware of it. I need to see it. He's quite a comedic character, so no doubt he will have a good sitcom."

Also known by his birth name, Oleg Prudious, Kozlov proved his acting chops in the second season of 'The Wire' and Spike Lee's '25th Hour'.
