This is fairly recent. I know people will talk about Kurt's MMA "attempts" but this is different. I think if Kurt had tried MMA ten years ago,he could have been successful. I don't know what the average age for Olympic Wrestlers is but if Kurt stays injury free and TNA lets him train properly, I can see him doing well.

Sad to see him go. I met the man when I was working on a video shoot at Hulk's Tampa home in '97 or so. We were doing some stuff out front, and he pulled up and walked over to us so as to introduce himself. I always thought the gruff voice thing was a gimmick, but when he said "hi, I'm Randy" it was the exact same but in a very quiet manner. I had to hold back laughing 'cause it was just surreal to hear him talking in a normal situation while still being the Macho Man.

That was a fun weekend. I had to be professional and act like it was no big deal to be around those guys, but inside I was feeling like an 8 year old mark. The infomercial we shot never aired... it was for "Hulk Hogan's Health Club in a Bag" which was a product that never got released. Not surprised, as it was a big piece of shit.
