Turing out to be the best way I could have wanted it to go. No dick, all Seattle. Didn't expect the demolishing but not surprised when it comes to the choke master. Peyton's flat tire has the tone for the whole offense. You can see the deflation, you start fumbling, stop fighting your routes. It's artwork.
There's sheer fucking terror in all their faces and I haven't seen Denver get worked over like this since the last time SF did it.

Seattle fans are Roiding. Been on the phone and the head ache coming from Hawk fans! They're acting like Dallas fans but worse. People that don't really understand football, like a girl telling you how the game is played.

They're like the Texan fans I know, new to the game or not really fans till something is happening. I'm talking to people that would be lucky to name 3 players on their own team. It's funny like that.

Niceeeeeeeeee. Dick is hurt and out of the game, wasn't mentioned or factored. Chancellor is/was the man.

Team effort, hard to pick an MVP. They'll probably give it to someone like Percy Harvin.

Hey Denver fans. 43 to 8 with 6 minutes, still time!

Unless they can give it to an entire defense I don't see how they can give it to anyone but Wilson.

Fuck yeah! Nice job Seattle. That was great. I would imagine Denver wasn't at their best, but to do that to the "best offense ever" says a lot about Seattle. They are young too.

I hate to sound like an obnoxious 12th Manner, but they are quite a bit better than pretty much everybody. The offense doesn't even have to show up and they will beat any team.

Hopefully Seattle won't be remembered only for putting out that shit music in the 90's now. If this team stays together this should be the norm for a bit.

Didn't expect that throttling. Being a Browns fan, I'll never forget "The Fumble" or "The Drive," so no love lost here. I also love watching Peyton lose, probably thanks to Greggles. I also tire of Ohio State fans (I live near Columbus) bitching about Pete Carroll and how he should be in jail and Jim Tressell was somehow robbed by the NCAA. Eff that noise. Notice no NFL team is picking up the phone calling The Vest.

Denver 8 Seattle 43 FINAL!

Now the Denver fans wont post till next year and the stoned Seattle fans will start smacking for the next week about players they never knew existed till today and that they never had a doubt.

Who do you blame? Peyton or just say Seattle?

History normally proves defense over offense.

This Super Bowl was a duplicate of Oakland vs Tampa

Yes. I blame Peyton for missing ten tackles on the Percy Harvin return or 4 tackles on the Kearse TD. I especially blame Peyton for the two Thomas fumbles.

No worries, it comes natural.

That 12th manner stuff should have been licensed and burned decades ago since it gets tossed around like a drunk bandwagon. One loosing season and the Mariners will out seat the Hawks.

Think I first heard it in KC 20 years ago for one season? I'm sure it came from some College and has been stolen and passed around like Pam Anderson ever since. Like Chiefs and Atlanta Braves with that stupid chant.

Yep good old Ratt got his wish, Richard Sherman was taken out of the game... by an injury not because of Peyton tho.

hear before the game how there wasn't going to be a 12th man in NY, but even before the blowout started it sounded pretty loud when Denver had the ball.
I'm waiting to hear what the haters have to say? I didn't see any questionable calls or thug like behavior. I Best I've heard so far is it's not the team people hate now it's the bandwagon fans. Bandwagon fans where? I've seen people choose sides like before any Superbowl but that's it.

Hell Seattle could have easily broken their rival 49ers record for highest score in a Superbowl but pulled Wilson and Lynch out.

I think most people dislike them from all their PED suspensions, the officiating from their SF "victory" and as for the bandwagon fans your not seeing.I live in Portland and am in Seattle all the time, since two weeks ago they are everywhere.

I know most here wouldn't consider me a bandwagon fan, but since the term has already been mentioned. I can name every 2nd string back up QB where they went to after Seattle, every kicker, every starting wide receiver and what team they came from before Seattle and after etc... for the last 14 years.

One of my dogs is even named Tatupu. My other one was going to be named Suh but it was my wife's turn to pick and I got overruled.

That was a thorough ass-whipping.

It was like watching a Denver Super Bowl in the 80s. Actually made me feel like a kid again.

I'm not gonna blame it all on Peyton though he played his all-time worst playoff game, and that's saying something. These guys got totally toyed with for the entire game in a fashion I haven't seen in a Super Bowl in a while.

Last time I saw an asswhooping like that was Superbowl 24.....featuring the Denver Broncos.....on the getting stomped side.....again.

I said it a few posts back. Now officially no one should ever mention Peyton Manning in the same breath as Joe Montana.

I wonder how Greggie was watching "the greatest quarterback of all time" once again fail.

What's Denver's defense have to do with it? Denver got to the SB because of Peyton and he didn't preform.

Peyton set's the tone, he's the leader. Peyton played with zero confidence and the team died with him. Playing defense and watching your star QB choke sucks the life right out the entire team.

Denver was done by the 2nd Quarter and went through the motions after half. You could see it in their eyes, hell I could feel from the TV. Kearse and Percy was running through blocking dummies not players by that point.
Seattle destroyed Denver but Peyton never once stepped up. He had time, didn't have tons of pressure. He CHOKED.

I blame Seattle, better team but Peyton choked again and I honestly didn't think he would. In pregame they kept saying if Peyton won it would cement him as one of the greats.....That fucking means even the NFL knows he can choke, and did. Meaning, you're not one of the greats. Unless it's the regular season.

Elway took Denver to the SB on his own without weapons then won with one, TDavis. Peyton was loaded to the teeth and lost. He's always been loaded to the teeth with weapons and lost.

I know what Seattle did but tell me. Did Peyton choke? If Brady was behind center with those weapons would the game have been different?

You better believe it.

Yeah, Manning wasn't at his best, but the Seattle pass rush had a lot to do with that. It's what the Pats didn't do.

Okay I usually giver homers some leeway but anyone who calls Tavaris Jackson good is taking it too far.

There has to be some kind of joke about Tavaris Jackson actually PLAYING in a Superbowl. Percy Harvin played his first full game of the season. Sidney Rice didn't even put on pads and gets a ring. Add in Darrell Bevell.

Seattle where members of the Minnesota Vikings go when they want to win.

LOL @ an excuse for the Pat's loss. Denied.

Seattle's pass rush? One sack and a couple knocks? Seattle's pass rush was nothing, they got some arms ups Peyton tried to throw threw. Normal Peyton could have delivered a pizza with the pocket time he had. There was no instance release and wide open players like Moreno and Thomas got blasted because Peyton looked them down 3 seconds before throwing.

The coverage was above average but again, it's Peyton, the man can thread a needle on a normal day. He shredded the fucking season for fuck sake.

Peyton choked. It's really that simple.

Anyone who taped the game, watch it again. After the safety and the int Peyton lost focus and control. In the pocket, read his body language and watch his reaction time. He was confused. Compare it to any other game this season. Make any excuse you want but Peyton commented suicide.

Seattle's offense won the game. Russel delivered, converted 3rd downs, extending drives, controlled the clock, put up points, ran when he had too and zero turn overs. Peyton turned it over 3 times and threw forty 5yds passes.

Russel not getting the MVP is a joke. Smith's TD return was a junk ball where the intended target gave up and recovering a ball isn't like causing one. Malcolm Smith had a great game no doubt but too me.

Russel was the MVP.

The NFL didn't give the MVP to Russell Wilson because he's black.
