Pats trade Mankins to Tampa for Wright and a 4th round pick.
Pats seemed reasonably strong in most areas except for offensive line. While they helped the TE depth, Brady might not have much time to get the ball to anyone.

Jax Jags are offering anybody who purchases season tickets
1/2 off a concealed gun permit
Instead of paying approximately $59.99 for this permit, with the purchase of Jags season tickets the price is reduced 50%.
Holy shit! The Jags really are a 4th class organization

Josh Gordon suspended for 2014 season
Gordon released the following statement on his suspension, via the NFLPA:
"I'd like to apologize to my teammates, coaches, the Cleveland Browns organization and our fans. I am very disappointed that the NFL and its hearing office didn't exercise better discretion and judgment in my case. I would like to sincerely thank the people who have been incredibly supportive of me during this challenging time, including my family, my agent, my union, my legal team, and the Cleveland Browns staff."

Aldon should be one strike away from being gone for fucking good. How many fuck ups for that guy? not defending Goodell or Rice but did Rice have DUI's, at the scene of a shooting, busted with assault weapons, claiming He has a bomb at an airport etc. That guy is batshit crazy and should probably be tied to a bed somewhere.Machado wrote:Goodell backed himself into a corner with the absurd
2 game suspension of Ray Rice.
The league or Roger has not yet announced the
49ers, Aldon Smith suspension.
If the reports are true, Aldon will get 6-8 games, but good old
Ray receives only 2 games for abusing his wife.

8 games isn't shit for the track record that fuckhead has. They'll ban him for a year when He actually kills someone.

Once again Ray Rice is laughing his ass off for only getting 2 games.
If Roger keeps up this pace, he will be the worst pro sports commish since

I'm fucking tired of all this constant no stop up to the minute Ram's over coverage. It's fucking gay....Like a Fag Ticker across the bottom.
They play it like he's an underdog, is being gay a handicap now? I don't give a shit if he's gay but they play it up like he's Terry Fox. He's got some game, seems like a good guy, hope he makes it......But cum on already.
I thought Jeff Garcia got us past all this.

One thing I observed this preseason that I wasn't really aware of and no Clevelander would've predicted this in 2008 - Derek Anderson is still in the NFL and is always one play away from starting. Brady Quinn is out of the league and into the broadcast booth.

FYP. And before anybody cums in here trying to give me a tongue lashing I don't mean that in a derogatory way or any way actually.UtahRatt wrote:I'm fucking tired of all this constant no stop up to the minute Ram's over coverage. It's fucking gay....Like a Fag Ticker across the bottom.

I thought Aaron Rodgers got us past all this.
What he does off the field I could care less on the field he's one of the best if not the best QB playing today.
So it might shut a lot of this NFL as a soap opera shit up if he were to cum out.

Please not like we don't hear enough about the Packers now. Might as well stop the season and give them Superbowl rings now if that were to happen.

Anyway, the Michael Sam story was old before the 2nd pre-season game.
If the kid is good enough to play in the NFL, then fine. Has nothing to do with his sexual preference.
The media fails to mention the kid was a 7th round pick. The final round of the NFL draft.
The media fooled the public into believing the kid was a great player coming out of college, a great fit on the Rams, etc.....
I don't feel bad he did not make a team. He's not good enough. Plain & simple.

On the real though...how do you continue to type sentences as breathtakingly stupid as "the media fails to mention Michael Sam is a 7th round draft pick" when they in fact mention that in every single story?
Why would you say something like that if you aren't completely clueless? Is it a joke I'm missing?
Re: The NFL Thread
Congrats. You should be honored to have read every single story the media wrote about Sam & that the story included when he was drafted.Crazy Levi wrote:Defying the odds, calling you out on your endless retardation remains interesting.Machado wrote: Do something, anything that is actually interesting for the newest

Dallas defense needs all the help it can get.
One good thing the NFL did this year was increase the practice squad
from 8-10. Why that wasn't done years ago is ridiculous.
