Good point.

Hey Machado - I know they don't give out trophies for 5-6. But the cowboys are 3-8 and their season is over.

That's awesome!

I'll take first place in December over that.

Absolutely nothing because the Skins are winners and in first place.

Speaking of which, where is that obese conspiracist?

The Vikings are very quietly putting together a pretty sweet fuckin season and he's got nothin to say? I haven't seen them play all season. Are they for real? Or have child-beater and company getting fat by taking a weak schedule to the whoopin room? What's up with those guys?

They're pretty decent. Peterson is definitely the reason they're rolling right now. Bridgewater is the modern day Troy Aikman. He does just enough to not lose the game for his far more talented teammates.

If only Dallas had a weak schedule and not a brutal first place schedule.

Manning is the one who suffers, he will never start another game in Denver unless Osweiler gets hurt. I'm sure the 49ers would pay him big money, some team will be dumb enough to pay him big money next season.

I disagree about the Vikings they haven't beaten a team with a winning record yet with the exception of the Chiefs and they didn't have a winning record when Minnesota beat them.

Now how about them Colts! At least if you are Manning you can admit you are old you've done it all etc... Andrew Luck should be losing his number one draft pick, Peyton Manning heir apparent starting job to a 39 year old has been who most likely would have preferred to stay taking naps on the bench.

I don't think so. Everybody knows he's finished he'll retire in January, no doubt about it.

His last chance at redemption for this season will come in the playoffs, if Brock either gets hurt or totally sucks and they bring Manning off the bench in desperation.

Where's the bigger gif, man!!!!!! They deserve the bigger gif for turning it around! I was totally messing with ya on the gif thing, I liked it........

The Chiefs D has pulled it together making them a solid all around. I was really hoping the Bronco's would stumble but they're a deep, prepared and surrounded with good players.
Unlike Dallas, they can lose their QB and win because they have a good organization and coaching staff.

I can't see the Raiders pulling out the win vs KC but I'm crossing my fingers. Oakland just don't have a D, if the Raiders don't set up a good game plan, execute and make halftime adjustments they wont be able to stop the Chiefs. Same goes with their offense, they can't get the running game going but they can protect the pass rush. I'm not a fan of Jack Del Rio, I question his play calling. I picture KC out coaching Oakland and putting pressure on Carr.

If Oakland don't win I'd like to see KC make a run, get into the playoffs and do some damage.

Like Sin said they've played a lot of weak teams and squeaked out some wins but they're winning. They have a good defense combined with a child abusing rushing attack, it's a good combination to have. They're above average but they will hit a wall when it comes to the playoffs or facing a decent or hot team.

In the next week, we're going to get the... "Manning has an injury and might miss a week or two."

It gives them time to see what they got with Osweiler... and also allows Peyton time to rest his noodle arm.

If Brock lights the offense up, Manning's "injury" will then become a little more serious.

Osweiler will get "injured" right before the playoffs.

This will give Peyton the opportunity to choke again.

It's like I've been saying...the entire Cowboys organization and most of their dipshit fans are in complete denial. Romo isn't only done this season, he's done forever. They are 3-8. They are terrible, and this core team has no future.

And yet...everyone still thinks they are THIS close to a Super Bowl. I watched this play out with the clueless Redskins for 15 years. It's why an old, mediocre team stays old and mediocre. They'll keep trying to prop open this window with more free agents and bad draft picks (picking by perceived need rather than future value) and the team will just stay shitty and continue aging. I love it.

And with the Redskins new GM, the Skins are YOUNGER than they have been in years. Two organizations going in opposite directions as far as I can tell.

Good luck with that all-in Super Bowl run next season, Cowboys fans!

Very easy decision(for now). Until the team is mathematically eliminated you keep the player active, just in case.

No, it isn't, idiot.

When your QB is fragile, frequently injured, weak, and brittle as an old man who fears slipping in the shower, you shut him down till he's had the right amount of time to rest.

I guess I can't fault them for keeping their options open but it's moot anyway. They aren't making the playoffs.
