I hope this stops the hype of Toews best player in the world crap. Where were his intangibles and clutchness this series! Plus his regular season numbers were poor.

Yeah, and the Panthers lost. Luongo played well, but Greiss out performed him. Special teams killed us. Some dodgy decisions by the refs. For both sides, but the Panthers got the brunt of it. It is what it is. I'm just happy we made the playoffs. It was a good learning experience for our younger players. Tavares was very opportunistic. 3 games went to OT, and the Islanders win all 3. 2 went to 2OT!

While I know they're a great team, I was happy to see the Blackhawks lose.
I don't know when it started but having to endure the Bruins failures especially this season, I would try to get my hockey fix elsewhere.
Seemed 90% of the time when I wanted to watch a game it was either Blackhawks vs. or at Blackhawks. Got sick of it and them pretty quickly.

Isles have some confidence now. And have a definite advantage over the Bolts in their d-men. And Tavares is healthy and Stamkos isn't.

Did the Panthers lose just because of Refs. No. But it had an influence that is for sure. The god awful special teams did not help the Panthers that is for sure.

Um, I saw Oiler, Penguins, LA and basically most fans say the Panthers got a harsh deal.

No doubt the Finns are going 2-3. It's from 4-10 where things get interesting.

Leafs should be scary good in a few years, with Matthews, Nylander, Kapanen, Marner, and some of their current young crop. They better learn from the Oilers and find a goalie though. Maybe Bibeau?

The Jets taking Laine would be reminiscent of Selanne making his debut with Winnipeg.

I don't consider the Jets or Jackets that bad, so each adding an impact player will make them better in a hurry.

I'm hoping the Habs can get Logan Brown, Jeff's son, at 9, but his stock has been rising.

No, the Finns would be going 2 and 3, even if Columbus wasn't picking 3rd.

There is talk that Laine arguably is the number one player. But most are saying Matthews. And anyway Centre > Winger.

And the Leafs will go with Matthews who is exactly the player they need. A potential number one centre! First one for them since Sundin!
