Frank Gore passes Tony Dorsett for eighth on rushing list.........Gore now has 12,789 career rushing yards, 50 more than Dorsett.

Dorsett is the seventh player that the 33-year-old Gore has passed on the all-time rushing list this season. He's also passed Jim Brown, Thurman Thomas, Franco Harris, Marcus Allen, Edgerrin James and Marshall Faulk.

Damn, that's an impressive list.

Except......Darrel Green cold ran down Dorsett! Damn straight!

Felt like checking in finally. Not that any of you assholes care, but, I've been away mostly because my father passed away a couple of months ago. I have been following what's going on for sure, however. Football is one of the few common interests my father and I had. So, with that out of the way....

This Chiefs season has been pretty unbelievable so far. The biggest comeback in Chiefs history against the Chargers earlier in the year (they were down by 21), the crazy OT win against Denver, and Eric Berry just about single-handedly beating the Falcons last week. Tomorrow, it's the Raiders......

I saw a couple of posts previous someone conceding the AFC to Oakland or NE. Of course, I take issue with that. We all know the KC offense doesn't produce (but they have weapons, I'll get to that in a minute...). I admit, the lack of production from the offense could be a big problem in January. When you need the defense and special teams to score to win games, the odds are against you. But let me remind everyone.... KC has already beat Oakland (on the day my father died, no less). They have to come into Arrowhead tomorrow on a short ass week and in very cold weather. Carr's fucked up pinky is gonna be hurting. KC's defense is legit. They'll give up yards, but they take the ball away at every opportunity. Oakland can't score if the Chiefs keep taking the ball from them. And Oakland's defense sucks. So even with the Chiefs weak offense, but with weapons like Ware, Kelce, Hill, hopefully Maclin, I feel like everything is okay. Alex is Alex. He doesn't beat you, but he doesn't make critical turnovers, and occasionally, he'll run for a first down or TD. Do I think they're going to the Super Bowl? No. But, I sure as hell am not gonna concede anything to Oakland, and neither should any of you. So tune in tomorrow night. Big game.

Sorry to hear about the passing of your Farther Peterbilt. One of the hardest things to face. My best goes out to you and your family.

Being the most outspoken Raider Fan on the board if you read any of my posts you'd see that I picked KC to win the West. They're tough, I don't see them going all the way but I don't see Denver being the team to beat anymore.

The Raiders always split with Denver, beat up the Chargers and lose to the Chiefs......

This is the biggest game of the year that will turn everything upside down. If the Raiders could win this one it would break the curse but I don't see it happening. Then they're on the road to face the Chargers and Broncos? Shit way to end the season, put them on the road vs the division and toss one home game vs Indy......

I like the Chiefs, their a solid team and had a great season, once they get into the playoffs Andy Reid will take over!

No matter what happens, when Oakland loses to the Chiefs they've still had a great season, they're no longer the door mat. Even the Chargers isn't a weak team. Fuck their a player or two away from being right in the thick. The AFC WEST is stout, top to bottom.

Good Luck Thursday night......

Sorry for your loss Dickconstructed.

I guess you could say at least eddie lee roth is thinking about me because just the other day I was asking "hey football fans do any of you remember that dumbfuck that liked the K.C. Chiefs"?

Of course I got no answers back because everybody on here besides you and me obviously are a bunch of no-heart having assholes.

I'm thinking that tonight's game is at least on paper looking like the best Thursday night game we've had this season.

For reals though Peterbilt, I feel for ya and I hope that the days are finally starting to get a little bit better for you and your family.

Thank you. Really excited for this game. One of my good friends is an Oakland fan. This is definitely the biggest game happening since we've been friends aside from just the regular rivalry. It will be fun.

Good Games Peterbilt, I knew this was going to be a "TRAP GAME" for the Raiders! I'm pissed but knew they was due for a loss.

I felt DelRio would get out coached again. Reid is a good coach till he gets to the playoffs, DelRio is average at best.
Oakland had their shots and blew it, Reid was playing soft and Del didn't adjust. RUN the fucking ball and expose the underneath short passing game! KC's D is awesome, you can't keep throwing on 1st fucking down. In fact why even try anything long with them playing deep. I was shaking my head all fucking night.

When Cooper got behind the D and lost the ball for an easy TD or at least a catch early in the 4th I knew it was over. KC was more prepared and played harder. Congrats to KC they did it again with a lucky Punt Return and playing lights out D. Just like they did vs the Falcons.

I thought The Raiders went in hurting after putting a few more D on the DL after the Bills game. With the way they've played and keep piling guys on the IR they're going to give up the yards. But the D was ok, the Chiefs didn't win with their Offense, they did it again the good ole fashion way. Stop the other team.

How they Raiders can't stop 20+ yard passes when they don't blitz kills me. Dropping everyone back, KC is a prime example, no fucking way was you going to get long on them.

Good to get the W, but..... Hated the play-calling. As you pointed out, Utah, I wanted them to run. A lot. When the Chiefs spread out on that 3rd and 2 and didn't convert, I lost it. I figured that would be what cost them the game. How many passes did the Raiders drop? Seemed like a lot. That deep ball to Cooper, what the hell happened with that? The KC D was good, but I think we got lucky a lot too. And losing Derrick Johnson really hurts. That might loom large. Still more games to be played. Tenn is next, and I don't like that match-up. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Perfect example why their fan base are full of bandwagon morons. Much respect for a real fan to point that out, no true fan say's that shit.

Cut the crap with that stupid Mexico's Team shit. Dumbest fucking bragging shit for a team that hasn't won dick in decades. As I was saying, 4-12 or 11-1 they're always running off at the mouth.

I guess that makes The Patriots the Worlds Team!

Funny I felt the same on that 3rd down. The only thing the Raiders D does good is stopping 3rd down because everyone is dropped back in a short zone....KC to throw for 2yds? They could have pounded the ball all night. The Raiders were flat, they wasn't prepared or pumped up. All the dropped balls and slack coverage's looked like they was lollygagging. The team was dead and I blame DelRio for blowing it, even Carr looked hopeless trying to throw 40 times VS that KC D.
Rio went in with the exact game plan, trying to throw the ball.....VS a 2 deep zone? WTF? Throwing on first, run on 2nd?

At the same time KC could have blown it open but Reid was calling a bad game on the other side as well.

It was an ugly game. At least it was a win for you guys and hopefully a wake up call for Oakland.

It sucks about Johnson but I think it's the offense that's holding them back from being great. They could really start pounding like you mentioned, with their D they should pound all day long till it opens up.....If they used their RB's their offense would be dangerous. I didn't get either team. I think both could do better. KC has a better offense then they've showed, the talent is there but the play calling is holding them back....I can't say it enough.

Did you read about Marquette King and the Twitter battle against Travis Kelce? It was worth a funny.
Marquette is truly one of the coolest guys in the NFL, a funny fucker who always has a smile and is all about having fun type of guy. Him and Kelce got into a few words during the game when Kelce danced in front of him on the punt return for a TD.

-----------------------------------------
The Raiders may have lost the game, but Marquette King won the Twitter battle against Travis Kelce

Oakland Raiders punter Marquette King may be one of the NFL's best, but it's his Twitter game that people should watch -- just ask Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

Following wide receiver Tyreek Hill's 78-yard punt return for a touchdown in the second quarter of Thursday night's 21-13 Chiefs win, Kelce ran onto the field and danced right in front of King.

It appeared as though Kelce would have the last laugh, saying after the game, "[King] told me I didn't have any rhythm."

"Trust me, wait until I get into the end zone again," he said. "I'll show you some rhythm."

But King put all that talk to rest with this tweet making fun of Kelce's TV dating show, "Catching Kelce."

Marquette King @MarquetteKing
I told him I don't need a reality show to find a girl lol...

Oakland unveils stadium plan to keep Raiders

Local leaders in Oakland on Friday presented details of a plan to build a $1.3 billion football stadium at the Coliseum site to keep the Raiders in the Bay Area.

http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/1824 ... -las-vegas

OAKLAND, Calif. -- Oakland and Alameda County leaders will vote Tuesday on a financial and development plan to build a $1.3 billion football stadium at the Coliseum site to keep the Raiders from moving to Las Vegas.

"This term sheet agreement puts Oakland in the running to keep the Raiders in a way that is responsible to the team, the league, the fans and the taxpayers," Schaaf said. "Everything the city and county and the investor team is doing is about putting forward the best offer to encourage the Raiders ownership and the NFL to keep the Raiders in Oakland, where the team belongs."

The Raiders had no comment on the plan, and owner Mark Davis is committed to moving to Las Vegas, where a $1.9 billion stadium project has been approved. Nevada will raise $750 million from a hotel tax to fund the stadium with billionaire casino mogul Sheldon Adelson contributing $650 million and the Raiders and NFL kicking in $500 million.

The Raiders must get approval from 24 of the 32 NFL owners before being allowed to move with a vote possible as soon as January.

That put pressure on Bay Area officials to put together an alternative plan to keep the Raiders from moving. The parties have identified $1.25 billion in potential financing for a project that may cost upward of $1.3 billion for a stadium that would open in 2021.

-----------------------------------------

How would you guys feel if your Dallas Cowboys, Pittsburgh Steelers or Washington Redskins moved to Vegas or some shit like Portland Orgeon?

I didn't know about the twitter thing. Funny. I do think Kelce is a d-bag. Love him making plays for the team, his antics, not so much. Yeah, my buddy who is a die-hard Raider fan doesn't really care if they move to Las Vegas, which I don't get. I hope they stay in Oakland.

Glad the Skins won, but that defense... Gotta bad feeling Cam Newton and Greg Olsen are gonna donkey punch them.

Thanks for Nothing Drew Brees... I think you've officially washed out.

Couldn't even watch the Sunday Night game. Of course Dallas pick this one to drop, though I doubt they keep losing and put the division up for grabs again so there's really no silver lining anywhere.

Oh well... Like I said, our shit defense would get us bounced in the first round anyway.
