Several people have sent word to us that Worldstarhiphop.com has posted a video of Athena, the daughter of former WWE star Dave Batista, engaging in sexual acts with her boyfriend.

The video shows the 18-year-old in some rather explicit positions. Although the couple are well aware that the camera is rolling, it's unsure if it was meant to be "leaked" on to the internet.

Low Ki has been released by WWE.

- The word in WWE is that Kaval (known as Low Ki on the independents circuit) was released because the company didn't have any plans for him, and as such it was an amicable departure by the winner of NXT Season 2.

It's unlikely Kaval will be working for any nationally televised companies any time soon due to the typical 90 day no-compete clause.

The high flyer was signed by World Wrestling Entertainment in 2008 and spent a lot of time in WWE developemental before he was brought up to NXT.


- Following his release earlier, former WWE wrestler Low-Ki said goodbye to the Kaval name.

"Regardless of the current situation, I only move forward," Low-Ki wrote.

John Cena posted the following on Twitter:

I think the rest of the group fired Barrett. They hadn't been amicable in weeks and losing to Cena was probably a huge wedge between them as well. Punk was probably behind most of their attacks and could probably set up a feud with the Undertaker; alternatively if Barrett goes to Smackdown then he may say he was behind Taker being buried at Bragging Rights and set up a match at Wrestlemania.

There are rumblings about a Barrett face turn. I like him as a heel, so I don't know what to think about that. It's lined up for him to return, get pissed about Punk being there, and get turned on by them. If they try to line Barrett up with SuperCena, however...that would be a fucking joke.

Jeff Hardy To Plead Guilty To Drug Charges At Next Hearing

TNA Champion Jeff Hardy will plead guilty to the drug charges pending against him when he appears in court on January 20, according to Moore County district attorney Maureen Krueger.

Hardy was arrested back in September 2009 after police raided his home in Cameron, North Carolina. He has been free on bail since his arrest.

According to the Moore County Sheriff’s Office police report, police found 262 Vicodin prescription pills, 180 Soma prescription pills, 555 milliliters of anabolic steroids, a residual amount of powder cocaine and items of drug paraphernalia during the raid. Hardy was hit with a long list of charges – including:

* Conspiracy to traffic in Opium
* Trafficking in Opium by possession
* 2 counts of possession with intent to distribute
* Felony possession of cocaine
* Felony maintaining a controlled substance in a vehicle/dwelling/place
* Misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia

District Attorney Krueger declined to comment on whether Hardy would be offered a deal or would avoid jail time in exchange for his cooperation.

CARTHAGE - Jeff Hardy, the professional wrestler from Cameron who was arrested last year on drug charges, plans to plead guilty in court next month, according to the Moore County district attorney.

Moore County deputies raided Hardy's home in September 2009 after Fayetteville police received a tip about drug use in his Cameron home.

When they searched his house at 265 Boys Camp Road, lawmen found about 262 doses of Vicodin prescription painkillers, 180 Soma prescription pills, 55milliliters of anabolic steroids, a residual amount of powder cocaine and drug paraphernalia. The street value of the drugs was estimated at $2,500, the sheriff's department said at the time.

He was charged with trafficking in opium, two counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling to keep a controlled substance, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He has been free on bail since his arrest.

At a court appearance earlier this month, Hardy's lawyer, James Van Camp, told the judge his client intends to plead guilty at his hearing Jan.20, District Attorney Maureen Krueger said.

Krueger would not comment on whether Hardy would be offered a deal in exchange for his plea, or whether he would be able to avoid jail time.

Van Camp did not return numerous phone messages seeking comment.

Hardy, 33, is the current world champion of Total Nonstop Action Wrestling on the Spike TV cable channel. He also wrestled with his brother Matt as the tag-team The Hardy Boyz. They reigned as six-time World Wrestling Entertainment World Tag Team Champions.
