The plan: Bulk up to about 210,. I am currently 197 and getting heavier. Heavy lifting combined with increased diet, as usual, heavy on protein.

Phase two……….then cut the carbs, but maintain the high protein,and heavy lifting and come down to a ripped 190 with the help of the cut carbs and treadmill

I mostly weigh 193 or so, with about a 31 inch waist, but I want to be more developed and leaner this time.
