No, the Colts haven't dominated the NFL for the last decade. They've been a really good team for ten years, but tehy haven't been dominant. If they had, they'd have been champions more than once, and in the Superbowl more than twice. Patriots and Steelers both have them beat on that front. Patriots can go toe-to-toe with them on reg season wins too. So not dominant.

Effort was not where it needed to be. The complete lack of effectiveness by the defense is astounding. Offense was not much better. That was a complete and total collapse. Backing into a division title is something that you say about an 8 or 9 win team that ends up with winning their division after another even more shitty team in their division chokes down the stretch. Texas won their division cleanly. They'll be no worse than a 3 seed and will win at least 12 games. And that division isn't too terrible as the Titans are respectable. Jax plays hard, they just don't have a QB. The only team that really sucks is the pathetic winless team from Indianapolis.
