Re: NFL Wildcard predictions
On second thought, keep Andy Reid for the season then go to the bullpen for a closing coacher.

Chiefs vs Indy - Honestly, does anyone even feel like they watched a comeback or was it The Stay Puft Marshmallow Man throwing up?

That's like finishing the year with honers then getting hit by a truck and put into a coma on the way out.

Re: NFL Wildcard predictions
Flowers didn't come back. Houston left the game too. I thought Eric Berry played a shit game. Way to show up, Pro Bowler . Hali didn't do anything. And another guy that never gets mentioned on the defense, he's actually usually all over the field, leading tackler, Derrick Johnson. It's like he wasn't even out there. Seriously, I don't remember seeing him. This was totally on the defense and the DC. Alex Smith played damn near perfectly except for that damn intentional grounding at the end.

Fuck it. Gotta laugh. Closer than I expected after the lead NO had earlier.
Great season. Typical Philly tho'...always come up small in the big ones.

Re: NFL Wildcard predictions
Damn Saints. Eagles were the best team in a crappy division and got further than most thought. But once again it's almost like Andy never left.

Two playoff games down and not one controversial call by the refs yet. Not even one last minute missed field goal.

I am not kidding. That thought just entered my mind right now. And the sick thing is I have that game on DVD, called by an ex-Raider (Christensen R.I.P.) Frank Reich!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There was a Buffalo TD in that game that should have been over-ruled. Don Bebee stepped out of bounds running to the endzone.AcillateM wrote:Congrats Chiefs you now know what The Oilers felt like....damn!

Unbelievable. And ironically, Warren Moon became a Kansas City Chief later on.AcillateM wrote: I remember vividly.
Re: NFL Wildcard predictions
Didn't Moon set a record for yards in a game vs the Chiefs? Found it. Watched that game and Moon ran out the clock instead of going for it. Had KC on the Ropes like they was coached by Reid. One of the most dominating performances I remember watching. Back when you could still cover WR's without a finger touch turning into a flag.Peterbilt wrote:Unbelievable. The video stops right after the spit, but Scelfo—a tight end at Nicholls State—said he ended up fighting the Eagles fan before police showed up.Tenacious_Dio wrote:John Simon Ritchie wrote:Who dat?

@N_Scelfo please tell me you beat the spit outta him
Nick Scelfo @N_Scelfo 3 or 4 good shots in until taken away by Philly police. Showed video and got out of it. #leggeaux

It's one thing to be excited and cheer but being a big TE, taunting the home crowed and using his iphone to do it?
He would have got the same reaction taunting a home crowed at any stadium, if he would have done that in the bathrooms he'd been jumped, thrashed and his iPhone flushed in any other stadium. He's a big dude, looking for a reaction and used his fucking iphone as a defense.
A big pussy looking for his 15 minutes of fame because I'm sure he didn't get it being a TE at some school named Nicholls State who went 4 - 8 during the year. Had to look up who they were.
