ESPN.COM

Post by yeahbuddy »

Anybody go to espn.com for their sports news?
Me? Never. Website is too busy, and way too many videos. Besides they have the "insiders" stories &
you got to pay for it. F! that!
I go to Bleacher Report for most of my sports news. My problem with that site is many articles read like
the writer just got out of a beginning sports reporting/writing class at a junior college.
For the most part I bounce around & go to a specific sport website. Such as Hoopshype for basketball etc
etc.

I can't think of the last time I physically logged into ESPN. I gather most of my sports news from Twitter. HoopsHype for sure when it comes to NBA.

90% of the time, all I care about is the day's scores and schedules anyway, which are available just about anywhere. If anything newsworthy happens, everybody will be on it. No need for ESPN anymore. I may have created an account to stream a football game that wasn't being televised once, but couldn't tell you the last time I logged in.

It's awful with the Insider bullshit and having to scroll down through endless nonsense to find something interesting.

Download the Score app. It's all you need for scores and news
