Targeting the head of the biggest star in the game is not good for the game. The President's trophy winners should be able to put up a better effort against a Pens team missing their best goalie, best D-man, and now best center.

It was hardly targeting the head.

If you watch it in real time, it was just an unfortunate incident. But yeah, the Caps still blew it. And Beagle's response was great. And no, I don't think he is the biggest whiner in the league.

I'd say they were targeting Sid's head, just wasn't Niskanen but Ovechkin with his McSorley like stick hit.
