What's with all the gossip about Howard Jones from Killswitch Engage? From getting a pornstar pregnant, spreading std's, being a raging alcoholic when he is supposedly "straight-edge", playing women etc etc?

Hm... I met the band a while back and all of them were lovely, more than happy to chat, sign stuff, have pictures taken etc. but when Howard came out he had his managers and security around him and was a proper arrogant dick. I mean, there was only me and 3 friends standing there, we were hardly gonna rush the fucker. Whatever. He eventually decided he'd sign our stuff and have a few pictures but only after we mentioned how cool everyone else had been.

I was dissapointed, I thought he was cooler than that. Still, this is the first I've heard of this stuff. Would have shocked me if I hadn't had met him. Ah well, it's all about the Adam D anyway

I met him a few years and he was pretty cool - the band were at a pub after a gig and spent quite some time with their fans. Howard wasn't drinking and he told me that he is straight-edge.

I heard he's getting help for his sex addiction?

Another thing he told me is that he hadn't been with a girl for a while (that's what they all say!) but then I read all this about him playing 50 girls at once! Seriously now, the girls are to blame as well - do you honestly think a rocker will stay faithful?!!

What happens now with Howard and KsE? They haven't even released a further statement as to what his "personal reasons" are and this is when the rumours go crazy!

Lurk-er, you are right. No, the analogy wasn't accurate, especially when the guy inquestion is in an industry which debauchery is highly encouraged. I, however, think the nod toward the would-be comparison was in reference to the fact that maybe no one would have ever thought Howard would have been capable of such "wrongdoing", especially when there are people here who have said he is "straight edge". Hope this clears things up. Commence speculation.

the number women who have their physical lives messed up forever because of Howard Jones seems like its growing daily! i am curious to know what the paternity test shows after Allie Fosters baby is born. its about time this caught up to him and his reputation is in the toilet.

And tbh, I'm not surprised that Howard got someone preggers as he is known to not use condoms. Getting someone pregnant would be the last of his worries; what about std's? And on that note, there's talk of him spreading herpes??..
