ha, great quote...and BTW, i saw a promo for the worst boy band ever on korean air. blatant rip off of backstreet boys, n'sync and rammstein. sounds ok on paper but they played it over and over again for hours! and i'd rather not have purple octopus tentacles in my rice. i'd rather fly ANA!!

Please - between Seoul and LA they serve a nice beef dinner - no tentacles. Coupla glasses of red wine and you just....fade. ANA's good - no question - but Korean offers the best price AND great service AND okay food.

I wouldn't fly another airline between here and LA - ESPECIALLY Northworst - but that's another story.

It's funny you say that - a buddy just got back from a Korean flight to Australia - he said the reason a lot of Japanese don't take Korean Air is the smell of kimchee and Koreans! All I can smell when I step on a Korean Air flight is the money in my pocket I saved by flying them!

what is kimchee?

A sort of fermented, pickled spicy cabbage dish. I will say, it has a very...unique..odor.
