A friend took me to see Suicide Squad (5/10).
I kind of enjoyed Margot Robbie and Jared Leto chewing the scenery. Good cheesy fun. The rest was: Meh.
Bonus points for the film NOT giving me motion sickness, as some action movies do now a days.

MisterSinister wrote:"Batman Forever" (1995) - 2.5/5 - Val Kilmer as Batman, Nicole kidman as super hot Dr. Chase Meridian, goofball Dr. Seuss character Jim Carrey as a completely over the top Riddler, Tommy Lee Jones as a cartoonish Two Face, and I was surprised to see a blazingly hot Drew Barrymore as Sugar to Debi Mazar's Spice. Movie was a mix of the style of the first two Michael Keaton/Tim Burton films transitioning to a 90's version of the 60's TV show. It wasn't terrible, but I won't watch it again. In one scene, after Riddler and Two Face destroy the Batcave and the Batmobile, Batman is getting suited up in a new prototype suit and they do a close-up of the new chest logo, then the new glove, then the mask, then... his... ass??? With a g-string???

"Eye In The Sky" (2016) - 5/5 - Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad) plays an American drone pilot on a joint US/UK mission to capture three of the top 6 most wanted terrorists in the world. He, his mission commander (played by Helen Mirren), and her superior who represents the military within the UK government (played by Alan Rickman, in his final role) are face with the moral dilemma and the sad truth of war: good people must do bad things to prevent bad people from doing worse things. This movie only saw a US release, and it was only in theatres for a few weeks this past March. It made a measly $19MM. It's a fantastic film, that illustrates the horrible truth of modern warfare. A must see for every global citizen.
I remember the U2 song being huge at the time for that movie.

Creed(2015) Sylvester Stallone. Wanted to love it but ended up just liking it, Didnt care about the love story and what i really missed was all the great instrumental music of the other rocky films. Still its all right if not a bit depressing and a nice nod to the past 7/10

It's Axl Rose, not Axl Roses - One of those "where are they now" biopics. It's 2020 and Axl is primarily known as the lead singer for ACDC.

The Lone Ranger 8/0 Even with a ton of commercials, this was better than I thought it would be. Good story with great respect to the Native Americans, and a lot of humor, which I was not expecting. I love Johnny Depp in anything and this was a neat film.

Dogfight (1991) - 7/10:
Cute story with Lili Taylor and River Phoenix. He's an army guy who picks her as his ugly date for a contest. Romance happens.

Limitless (2011) - 6/10:
Another one of those "you only use 10% of your brain" retard premises. The movie is actually really entertaining, aside from that. Abbie Cornish is hot in it.

Stalled (2013) - 4/10:
Saw somebody recommend this indy horror comedy on here, I believe. Not without charm, but I was mostly bored.

Anderland / The Bothersome Man (2006) - 6/10:
Norwegian movie with Trond Fausa of Lilyhammer fame. It all plays out in a dystopian world where everybody is happy and efficient and boring. It's actually pretty witty and different for a while, but goes nowhere in the end.

Who Took Johnny. Absolutely horrifying.

It's on netflix.

Don't suggest doing any further research unless you want to really go down the proverbial rabbit hole.

The paperboy kidnappings have always fascinated me.
So many rumors and theories. Even some guy who told them when the second one would be taken.
Johnny's mom sinking into complete madness.
It's a twisted reality.

A friend of mine sees her around town and says that often people will say hello and hug her and if it's a middle-aged man, she'll whisper "Johnny" into their ear to see if it's him.

Sleepers 6/10

Should have been a classic with the all-star cast and director.
Far too long of a running time and the script was a little eratic
