I'm watching Death Wish 3 right now, and really enjoying it.
Whoever cast this dude as the villain really had their shit together!

I threw the first season of Weeds into the Netflix queue. How the fuck did I miss this show?

^you'll love it. The first couple of seasons are fantastic.

I just watched Mommie Dearest WITH the John Waters commentary. Again. It's so good, so funny. I highly recommend it.

Wicker Park - 4.5/5

LOVED it. Saw part of it a few years back and finally rented it and watched it all. Really enjoyed watching everything unfold.

Wrong Turn 2: 3.5/5

Much, much better than the original. I actually cared about the characters this time. Henry Rollins did a killer job as well.

6.5/10. I laughed a lot but it was really a chick flick about guys.
Couldn't have said it better. Same rating, even.

Sarah Burns is the poor man's Kristen Wiig, only not as good looking, and I'm a little tired of Paul Rudd.

The Last House on the Left - .5/5 - It was a real piece of shit. 5 seconds of entertaining violence makes for a fucking shitty 114 minute flick.

Return Of The Living Dead 3.....finally rented and burned the DVD from Netflix.

Still as amazing as the old VHS copy I remember, except for no more snowy and distorted tape-got-eaten-from-too-many-pauses during the "Julie emerging from the sewer pump" scene.

I give it 4 retarded Mexican video game playing gangsters out of 5.

A Very Long Engagement = Excellent
French film, English subtitles.

"A Very Long Engagement" tells the story of a young woman's relentless search for her fiancée, who has disappeared from the trenches of the Somme during World War One.

Watched it again after nabbing it from amazon...Well worth it. The story, acting and cinematography were all great.

That's one of the funniest movies I've EVER seen.

Rewatched RKO281 about the making of Citizen Kane and how it was almost never seen by anyone. Malkovich is a GREAT actor.

Inland Empire - 6/10

I love David Lynch but this movie really tested my patience at times.

EXTRACT (new Mike Judge flick) - 6.5 out of 10

A lot of really funny shit, but some things get played out or fall a little flat. It was cool seeing Tack from The Stoned Age again  Gene $immon$ playing a money grubbing Jew lawyer was as much of a stretch as Courtney Love playing her usual drugged out sluts though.

I still recommend it.

Hannibal Rising: 3/5

Decent film, but it just seemed like it didn't have anything to do with the previous films other than having Hannibal Lecter's name on it.

The Final Destination - 4/10

The 3-D was fun and on occasion really amazing but the movie itself is a fucking dud.

Drag Me to Hell - 10/10

I thought this movie was going to be kickass and it was even better than I expected.

I felt like I was in the 80's watching DMTH. Had a great classic feel to it. Loved it.

Inland Empire
The Inland Empire in Southern California sucks fucking balls.

Cannibal Ferox - 4/5 - It's a cool, at times brutal flick that is worth seeing a few times just for more laughs. Hilarilous dialogue, especially if you love the word 'twat' used frequently by overly-spun coked out white trash Americans in shithole looking 3rd world countries. Some nasty/hilarious/entertaining brutal violence, human/human, animal/human and animal/animal.Most of it badly filmed, some of it just fucking brutally entertaining.
Drug use, adult situations, at times quite entertaining cannibals and a decent score that sounds kinda like bad 70's cop shows. Made back when they made movies not by the same stupid formula everytime and before complete assholes gave complete assholes like Rob Zombie jobs behind the camera.

Persepolis. 9/10. Great animated (and b/w, which I love) film about a young girl growing up alternately in Tehran and Vienna during the Shah's rise to power and the years that follow.

The final destination 3D, its my 1st 3d movie in god knows how many years! at least 10 for sure.

The technology is a lot better than back then and so are the glasses. Of course they charge you 3$ for the 3D and the movie is really short about 1h 15.

If you liked the other film of the series no reason to not like this one also

6/10

That sex scene made me wish for a 3D porn flick on the big screen

Up. We didn't worry about seeing it in 3D because of the cost. 4/5. I think it's more an adult than children's movie and definitely worth a look. I enjoyed it a lot.
