Holy craptastic remake! Jennifer Connelly was the best part, Keanu looked stiff and bloated, Will Smith's kid was somewhat annoying. I saw this film when it first came out and found reasons to talk in the lobby with others, who I assumed were doing the same thing. 2/10

BTW there is nothing wrong with Edward Scissorhands; if you accept it as a fairy tale like the pirate movies, and ask nothing more of it.

In the Loop (2009) - 7/10:
I guess it's a spinoff of some British show called The Thick of It which I've never seen, but it's basically the same as Veep. So if you like that show and add some pissed-off English people and blow it up to feature film length, this is it.

Spellbinder (1988) - 6/10:
Ridiculous 80s B-movie thriller about a hidden Satanic witch cult. Kelly Preston is the only reason to watch this. It's a good one.

Wyrmwood: Road of the Dead (2014) - 4/10:
One of the shittiest recent horror movies I've seen. I actually love indy trash, but this was just a zombie action movie without any plot or charm or tits.

Klute (1971) - 7/10:
Hanoi Jane is awesome in this. And hot. The plot is nothing special whatsoever, but it doesn't matter. I don't think I've ever seen Donald Sutherland this young.

Shakedown - Peter Weller and Sam Elliott.

Good crime/drama in the same vein as To Live And Die In L.A. Replace the counterfeit money with crack and it is kinda the same film.

E.T. 10/10. I will never stop loving this movie.

Simply perfect. And Netflix is showing the original version complete with guns and the terrorist reference. Gotta see it! 8)

The Hateful 8 - I really liked it. Kurt Russell was my favorite of the eight. Also, haven't seen JJL in in a movie for a while. She gave a nice 'comeback' performance. I'll watch anything written or directed by Tarantino. My opinion is biased.

Tromeo and Juliet (1996) - 7/10:
I guess this is the definitive Troma movie, after all. This really has everything that makes Troma so, uh, great?

The Experiment (2010) - 6/10:
Not a bad movie on its own, but it pales in comparison to the original German movie. God knows why they felt the need to completely throw any factual accuracy out the window. This has barely anything to do with the Standford-Prison-Experiment and it still doesn't make it any more exciting, just a lot less believable.

Lapland Odyssey 2 / Napapiirin sankarit 2 (2015) - 7/10:
Not as funny as the first, but still a decent comedy. Pamela Tola is hot in it.

Summertime / Kesäkaverit (2014) - 4/10:
Tedious Finnish teenager romantic comedy. Iina Kuustonen is an impressive boob hooker.

Captain America Civil War. 9/10. Just a well done comic book movie. Everything BvS was missing - daylight, plot, likeable characters, humor, etc.

Ping Pong Summer(2014) Movie is set in 1985 about a teen who's vacationing in ocean city with his family, what a nostalgia trip with plenty of scenes taking place in an arcade with games i havent seen in years like Popeye, Commando, harlem globe trotters pinball..... even for us sludgers you get to hear Lick it up, on the boardwalk theres a couple with the guy wearing an hammerjacks t shirt and his girl a Kix rocked hammerjacks one.

Lea Thompson and Susan Sarandon have small parts in the movie 7.5/10

The Damned documentary Don't You Wish We Were Dead. 8/10. It was like any doc. The rise and fall of the band. Breakups, who hates who, who owes who money, who they influenced, where they are now. It was great reminiscing.

Seeing Captain America tonight.
