The Sitter (2011) Jonah Hill Ari Graynor Sam Rockwell JB Smoove. Sexier/Edgier Adventures in Babysitting remake of course they had to make it millennial friendly with one of the kids being gay, one being an adopted Porto Rican and the girlfriend being black . 7.5/10

Call Of The Wild - 7/10.

The fact that all of the dogs and all of the animals for that matter are done via CGI takes away some authenticity. Still, a decent adventure yarn. Harrison Ford is appropriately gruff and shaggy though he only in about half the movie. Some scenes might be a bit too intense for kids under 10.

I'd give it an 8/10 as well. Really good. Strong visuals, good suspense, tightly crafted. Coming off of Whannel's "Upgrade," it's clear he's got the goods as a director.

"The Way Back" 7/10

Decent movie. Nothing remarkable though. Affleck gives a good performance channeling his own alcoholism (reminds me of the Dennis Hopper character in "Hoosiers"), but the movie doesn't get to a point of greatness.

Combination of things but mostly picking bad roles, She was on a hot streak from 2013-17 and if she did a bad film then she always had the hunger games mixed in there to fall back on that kept her pretty much toward the top and an IT girl, Her last three films have all been bombs and she hasn't appeared in an acclaimed role in it seems like forever, now I bet her next hit will be called a comeback, getting political didn't help her either, She even said she regretted that shit.

It was brave to make this subtitled, South Korean, film, the Best Motion Picture, at this years Oscars. Brave, but not unjustified, as it's excellent.
