Nick Nolte was awesome in this. Actually, he is pretty much awesome in everything. Eddie Murphy was kind of "eh".
I watched this last night - really good sequel. The biker angle was cool and I liked Brion James as the good/bad guy - he was always good in that kind of role.
Yea I liked the condescending/asshole IAD agent too.
The Rainmaker (1997). Starring Matt Damon, Claire Danes, Mickey Rourke, Danny Devito, Jon Voight, and Danny Glover. 9/10.
This is a really great movie. Very similar to Lincoln Lawyer but I actually liked this one better. Jon Voight is amazing as the opposing lawyer, and Danny Devito plays a great dirtbag ambulance chaser.
Haven't been to the movies in awhile... so I'm overdue, but nothing has really grabbed me lately. But I re-watched one of my all-time favorites on cable the other day.
Road to Perdition: 9/10
Still think its a brilliant movie.
Yorgi: Now that buisness is finished, We party. Kolya!!!
Went to the movie for the 1st time in weeks last night and saw
The adventures of Tintin , i think its the 1st time ever i see a film based on a book or in this case books i have read before, i must have read them 50-75 times each as a kid /teen and all i can say is that the book were much better than this movie 6/10
Is it just me or is it fucking weird to go to the movies and see upcoming previews for Titanic and star wars episode one all coming back in 3 D?

This movie is the best to come out of 2010. Norwegian movie about a group of film makers trying to catch an illegal bear hunter. Turns out he's not hunting bears, but trolls. Beautiful pictures and lot's of fun dialogue and horror. This movie is just waiting to get a Hollywood remake.
Just watched it. Not a horror but very cool movie and could quite happily watch it again. Don't understand why it would need a Hollywood remake as it would just take away the Norwegian hurdy gurdy dry humour. I'm told that a sequel is being made.

Eternal Sunshine of the spotless Mind - 9/10. I usually hate Jim Carrey, but this movie was unlike any movie I've seen in a long time.
That movie changed my life. I have to watch it at least once a month to keep me mentally balanced. Glad you liked it, as it's lost on quite a few people.
Carefree - 7/10. Starring Ginger Rogers & Fred Astaire.
Steve Arden is frustrated with his fiancee, singer Amanda Cooper (Ginger), when she breaks off their engagement for the third time. He enlists the aid of his friend psychologist/hypnotist Dr. Tony Flagg (Fred). Although Amanda falls in love with Tony, he hypnotizes her and convinces her to love Steve. After the treatment, it is Tony who is mesmerized.
Insidious (2011) - 1st half of the movie wasn't bad. Great creepy score. But the 2nd part goes off into some kind of American Horror Story weirdness, including a Darth Maul looking villian. 4/10

I'd only give it an 8/10, but that's a high rating for me. It wasn't at all what I expected and I really liked it.
.
As a fan of the original, I was expecting a dissapointment. Especially considering how high my hopes were when Burton redid it. I walked out of the theatre severely angry at Tim Burton. This new ape movie!? LOVE IT!
