As long as you watch it go down, not up! I recently lost 15 lbs over 3 mos and it was tough as fuck!! Probably take 2 weeks to put it all back on without even trying...

I have been growing my hair for 3 plus years now. I used to get a hair cut every Friday at noon but once Covid hit and my barber had to close for 3 months I was able to grow it and when they reopened I said fuck it I want it long. It feels so much better having long hair it’s past my shoulders.

I'm in my early 50s and it's obviously thinner than my glory days of the 80s/90s, but I fucking love having long hair again. I have my wife trim the ends occasionally, but I'll never go business/short again.
I double dose on the vitamin B with keratin, and use Rogaine religiously. They've helped me keep what I got.

I wish more guys would. I've known plenty that never leave the house without wearing a hat because they're insecure about their balding. Then if they're in a situation where they have to take it off they get upset and act like complete babies. Pain in the ass and a huge turnoff.
