Fast Casual Ethnic Resturaunts

We used to have Panda Express, Moe's, etc..and similar Chinese / Mexican places. Now we have fast casual Indian, Lebanese, Vietnamese, Greek, Korean, Cuban, etc...popping up everywhere, and the food is awesome. Also the Poke places. I drove by the same McDonald's around 6:45pm the last two Saturday nights and both times the place was empty. Is this just a Florida thing? I'm surprised that Desantis is giving them business licenses.
